REMSA Health, Care Flight and our community continue to grieve the loss of our beloved team members and those on board the medical transport plane that crashed on February 24, 2023.
Our job as emergency medical services professionals is to care for the communities we serve. We are also called to care for one another. As we mark the one-year anniversary of this tragic event, we hold our Care Flight crew and their loved ones close, as well as our entire organization of healthcare providers and staff who lead the essential day-to-day work of caring for our community.

Ed, was a United States Marine, an adoring husband to his wife, Lauren, and an incredible father to his four-year-old daughter Riley, and two-year-old son Everett, and a true friend to those fortunate enough to know him well. Flying for Care Flight was his dream job.
