EMS Week

In EMS, ABC usually means airway, breathing, and circulation – but for EMS Week it means Awards, Barbecue and Cornhole! The Care Flight Ground division will kick off EMS Week with a barbecue, cornhole competition and awards event for its healthcare providers and community partners in Plumas County.

Greater Nevada Credit Union is generously hosting a food truck for dinner. Plus there will be giveaways and games. Celebrate Greater with us!

Night Shift – we’ll work to rotate you through or you can grab a bite whenever you’re at Edison Way this afternoon.

Join us as we celebrate extraordinary employees and their exemplary contributions to caring for the communities we serve. Winners (who have been notified) are encouraged to up to one family member to share in the celebration. In addition to hosting breakfast for all employees at the Edison Way campus that day, we will work to rotate on-duty crews and dispatchers through, as well as welcome other community friends and supporters of the organization.

REMSA Health is known for its compassionate and clinically excellent care. Healthcare providers from all divisions will form teams and participate in challenges that will push their clinical knowledge and practical skills to the limit. In addition to bragging rights and a plastic trophy, the winning team will be awarded a trip to attend EMS World in Las Vegas in September, courtesy of REMSA Health.

Take a brief but indulgent escape from the day with a complimentary chair massage.

Honorees will be personally recognized for the treatment and care administered to CARES-eligible, cardiac arrest patients. Breakfast, drinks, and photos will be available.

We are taking the celebration on the road and rotating crews through for a barbecue lunch, lawn games, music, food and prizes. Plus, enjoy a complimentary 10-minute chair massage*; priority access will be given to crews rotating through.
